Your mental health is as important as your physical health

Your mental health is as important as your physical health

< 1

If you’re finding things difficult and you’re feeling overwhelmed by debt or money stress, you should talk to NSBS or friends, family, co-workers or a medical health practitioner.

At NSBS, our door is always open. We are here to help you with your money problems – and if your money worries are severely affecting your mental health, we can find you the right support.

Stress and worrying about money can have a serious detrimental impact on your mental health and wellbeing. Your mental health is as important as your physical health. It can also affect how you manage your money.

If you are feeling vulnerable or unable to manage your money, our dedicated TMM (BFC-Plus) mentors can assist with a money management programme designed to take all the stress away from making money decisions on your own. This service is aimed at people who may be feeling in need of some extra support and assistance so that the stress of financial debt, paying day-to-day bills, and digital banking does not impact negatively on their lives.
