BFC
The Building Financial Capability (BFC) programme helps people and whānau to improve their financial wealth and wellbeing and get control
Often victims of financial crime, seniors can feel overwhelmed and out-of-their-depth when it comes to dealing with money in a digital age. They want to know how to survive and cope with digital banking, and they are turning to NSBS for financial confidence and resilience because we recognise that this key demographic is not being served by other financial providers.
Our partnership with Auckland Council Libraries, in collaboration with ASB Bank, will see the rollout of a pioneering programme offering free financial literacy workshops to seniors in libraries throughout Auckland.
This innovative pilot will be delivered by NSBS, as New Zealand’s leading financial mentoring experts, to tackle issues with online banking, digital services, cybercrime, financial security, and the withdrawal of cheques from society which is having a big effect on the elderly.
For those seniors who feel overwhelmed about managing their money or being victims of financial scams, they can sign up to our BFC-Plus Senior programme if they want the peace of mind of knowing that NSBS will manage and protect their finances and pay all their bills.
NSBS provides freedom, comfort, relief, and safety, especially for those seniors who are struggling in today’s cashless world of digital banking.
At NSBS we understand that saving money and budgeting can be a challenge, that’s why we offer a variety of services to help you reach your financial goals without having to worry.
