BFC
The Building Financial Capability (BFC) programme helps people and whānau to improve their financial wealth and wellbeing and get control
NSBS works closely with workplace management leaders and HR directors to deliver tailored financial capability training to enable your employees to feel financially nourished. Empowerment is the cornerstone of our approach to financial wellness to better your company culture and employee morale – no matter the size of the workplace or industry.
Forget a gym membership, when you can offer your staff a financial workout as an employee benefit that will enhance their wallet and their family’s bank account, and make the workforce healthier and more productive.
The cost-of-living crisis and the rise in inflation has impacted all household budgets across the country, and as a direct result, many corporations and public sector organisations want to offer staff, employees, board members and contractors the opportunity to upskill their financial capability knowledge. NSBS provides group corporate BFC financial wellness mentoring for employees, contractors and HR representatives within companies and public sector organisations, with relevant logo-branded material. Group sessions can be large or small.
We also offer personal follow-up one-on-one BFC sessions for employees with a NSBS private mentor to reduce their financial stress and debt and set budgeting goals.
The NSBS Workplace Wellness programme strengthens our work in the community and provides organisations the opportunity to offer their workforce relevant and meaningful life skills during a cost of living crisis which ensures a happier, more productive place of work.
At NSBS we understand that saving money and budgeting can be a challenge, that’s why we offer a variety of services to help you reach your financial goals without having to worry.
